I'm not happy at all with OK Furniture

I bought a Chester fridge on the 24th of November... When purchasing it they told me that they don't have stock at the moment... But it's on its way to them... They have placed orders. I should get it tomorrow or before the week ends. What ****es me off even more is that. They are not saying anything. I should be the 1 calling or driving to them. All they do is promise to get it but still nothing. I sent messages on their Twitter and Facebook they promised to call still nothing. When I call their customer complaints number... No answer. Now the last time I went to the branch they told me there's stock at Burgersfort.. So I should get my own transport and they will fix paperwork so I get it there. Which to me is utterbull. Why would I buy something in Lydenburg because I reside there and go fetch it elsewhere.... Infact 1 must be driving up n down on who's expense. I'm not happy with OK Furniture.
