Im not happy at all

I bought a fridge in 2023 November ever since first month i have been complaining with the strange loud sound that comes come from it i never got helped..they have sent technicians but the sound it still there till this day,i once ask them to change the fridge but tgey refuse..i curse the day i swt my foot in that store
