If you need peace of mind don't buy Restonic bed even if they say it's R20 don't buy it

This year around April/May I bought a Restonic dream gold bed than mattress started sagging than on the 21 June I complained about sagging than I also send picture to the sales person named Tshepo than he lodged the complaint than I waited until August 9 contacting tshepo about followup on my complain to cut the story short around October they exchange the mattress with the new one. Than on the 29 November I went back because the mattress was sagging again I even said to them I don't want the Restonic bed anymore I was welling to top up to another brand but OK manager said only Restonic suppliers will approve for me topup but not on other brand but Restonic so last week they brought base thinking maybe its broken so now I'm left with sagging bed mettrass. They said they will give the Restonic my number so I can explain to them what was happening but to my surprise I need to deal with Restonic while I thought I was ok's customer. Please help me to resolve this matter I'm not happy at all I want my money back.
