Good morning im kenan heins i bought a hi hisense smart tv at ok furnitures in wynberg i had a 3 years guarantee on the tv in the lock down they stole my tv went to make a case at then the time i went to the store they told me i have to first pay my tv license before i can get a tv nd my accout must be up to date they gave me a jvc smar 50inchtv in this year with a 1 year guarantee and 3 year warranty i i foned them to tell them theres a problem with the screen the manager asher nd salesman robert said they cant asist me becoz i paid up my account they gave me bad service from the start the prices of the 2 tvs were different but i still paid the full interest nd installments for the hisense smart tv
