I was treated unfairly

I bought an LG refrigerator at your store(Plaza Mtata) and it had 2 dents, it was the last one and the other shops did not have it, so i asked the manager if she can at least give me a discount because i love and want it. She refused and said only the bosses can give discount and when I asked her to atleast try and confirm with the bosses she refused and said it will be a long process because the bosses had no idea about the dents and they might get into trouble for reporting the damage. Like the manager did not even try to help. So i ended up paying full price for a damaged refrigerator because i was desperate.
