I want my TV period

Bought smart TV 58inch Samsung at OK Plazza Mthatha, after 6mnths of using it and a year after I bought it, it started to switch itself on and off and stopped working. Sent it back and they told me it has an electric problem I'm liable, mind you I use a surge and also asked an electrician to test my electricity and my electricity was perfectly normal. After a week I received a call saying they sent it to be fixed and sent me a job card, now they telling me it's going to cost them R10 000 and it's a lot to fix it so they won't fix it and they won't replace it, I must go and take it from their store. I can't spend soo much money on a TV then be told you can't fix it then I want it replaced.
