I want my refund

Bought a 3 piece stove from @okfurnitureSA 5th December. Upon collection I was told the Hobb wasnt available. A month later the Hobb is still not available, I asked the store manager for a refund to buy he stove elsewhere and he is being rude and unhelpful, told me that I will get the refund when I get it.What should I do?
