I want my R1400 refund

On the 10th January 2025, I wrote a complaint about ok furniture shop that they refused to give me my refund and I edge people not to be careful of buying their appliances because if you are not happy about their things, they refused to pay back your money and most people are crying of their poor customer service on solving because the manager is not even speaks to the clients but the branch administrator makes himself a manager to solve problems but make it worse hence everyone is crying about him
