I want my couches fixed

I purchased a 5 piece lounge suite in May 2015 at OK Furniture store ennerdale I had bought this cash in a period of three months the couches had faults I then went to traderoute mall to lay a complaint in August they sent out the supplier to collect the couches from my home after three days the supplier returned my couches and the fault was still there I then contacted ennerdale store and Shanel advised me that they cannot repair my couches because it was on promotion and that i would have to pay the supplier to repair it Im very sorry I will not pay for couches that are not even a year old this service is disgusting and unacceptable I want my couches fixed Im highly annoyed someone better do something and contact me soon OK cannot even communicate with their clients I had to call in every day for someone to contact me Im very unhappy I want my couches fixed asap!!!
