I need my fridge replaced

I bought a fridge from OK FURNITURE GEZINA at the end of May. The fridge doesn't work currently and I'm not sure why.

Kindly arrange an urgent replacement of this fridge. I complained two weeks ago at the store... They said they'll get a technician but the technician only contacted me after three days and when I told him I would be available at 16h00 only, agreed but didn't answer his phone when I tried to get a hold of him.

Please resolve this urgently my ID number is ***. So you can access the information on your system to see what I'm talking about.
