I haven’t received my order that I bought on the 1st of December 2024

I bought couches online on the 1st of December till to date I haven’t received any sort of communication from ok furniture. I tried to contact them via phone call and email but they didn’t respond. What kind of service is this? I complained on the website platform but still. They better give me my money back if they failing. I can’t wait this long. Bad service. From here I’m going to National consumer commission NCC
