I give up!!!

So a while back my mother and I bought a TV stand,flat screen and dstv from OK furniture in Bizana.We were informed that these products were not available but since we had paid for delivery we would be informed once they were ready. Fast forward a week or more later,I get a call saying only the stand is available and they'll deliver that other meantime the TV and dstv would ne along shortly. I now have been informed that I have to pay for my own transport to get the TV and dstv home.Why???How???? This is not right I tell you.
