I DON'T KNOW THE SUPPLIER SAID TODAY....

I purchased a washing machine from OK Furnishers last year October, I bought it cash it cost around R3300 it was a KIC Metallic. I approached the OK Furnisher Branch, Bosman Square where I initially purchased the machine, with my original reciept to advise them that my spinner stopped working, the machine was a top loader. They attended to the matter, I approached them on a sa****ay. The monday afternoon, KIC had a 2 men over to my place that came and inspected the machine and advised me that the motor of my spinner had burned out, and that the motor will need to be replaced. They stated that they will be back the following week to replace the part. It has been three weeks since and close to amonth now, I can't use my washing machine in the interim, I contacted "FRANCE" at the OK Furnisher Branch, Bosman Square who is the contact person and he keeps making empty promises that he is going to attend to the matter. I want this message to be sent to a person at HEAD OFFICE OK that can assist me with my query. I purchased the washing machine cash, the washing machine should still be under warranty if the part cannot be ordered I should be given a new washing machine. OK never had to beg for their money from me, why should I beg for proper service. My washing machine is an essential part to my household, I have to pay the laundermate up to R300 a week to have my washing done since my machine gave in, and I will not recieve that compensation from OK. I want this matter sorted!!!! IMMEDIATELY!!!
