I bought a bed on the 24th November 2017 for R2999

I am not happy with terrible experience I had with OK Randburg ....Sales Lady was Dudu and yes they said on that Friday 24th November they are out of stock and by Monday 27th they will be having Stock , I waited until saterday 2 Dec 2017 with no word and I called them on the 3rd dec 2017 and was told to wait for 04 Dec2017 and when I call today I now have to wait for the 18 Dec 2017 and there is nothing they can do , What the hell is that and their customer service is so poor and disgusting they only wanted to push their sales and do not care about the customer service .

I want the bed today and I will not be taking my money back .It is either I get a bed today the one I bought or they give me another bed of the good quality standard just for being un truthful
