I bought a bed at Ok furniture and still waiting for the delivery, its seems like i am becoming stupid to Ok furniture and his sales lady.

We bought a double bed at Ok Furniture Hartswater on black Friday, since we were waiting for the bed to be delivered we've been told by the sales lady by the name of Dimakatso that the bed will be delivered in 3 days because the was no stock. we waited the whole week and my mom called the lady to check and she was told that they also waiting for the delivery as well. Its been 3 weeks now waiting not knowing what's happening and what ****ing me off is they don't even phone us updating on what's happening we must call them every week and they will put us on hold until the phone cut and they will tell u they busy with other customer its just driving me crazy because I called them with my airtime looking for my bed I paid with my money I worked hard for, I called this morning and I asked spoke to the lady she told me the is nothing she can do because they still waiting for the stock and I asked to speak to the manager by the name of Ernest, I asked the guy as the manager when are we going to receive the delivery and the guy he couldn't answer he was telling me they don't have stock. I mean who problem is that one why at the first place they selling something that they know they don't have it. They cant even give us the light on what's happening its unacceptable now my mom must sleep on the floor because of something that can be avoided. I need my delivery before end of this week or they must just refund our money. And they must take the manager to better training on how to treat customers or how to resolve customers issues.
