I bought a 32inch TV on the 04th of July returned it next day due to the screen had some stain on it

<p>Bought a TV set on the 04th July 2017 returned it on the next day of business due to LCD stain. I was promised it will be exchanged within 48 hours since the manager sent an email for authority. Also told should wait for a call to come and collect my TV , 48 hours passed and I didn't receive a call then I went to the store nothing was done. Waiting the whole day no solution for my TV only to wait for Someone to reply to the email. Even this time don't have my TV .</p>
