I am totally not satisfied with the staff members of OK Kagiso branch, totally no customer orientation displayed.

OK furniture Kagiso has poor service. TV brought back for repairs during October and collected month end November. A week after the TV broke and was sent for repair again, the consultant was never helpful as nothing was mentioned Hisense and suppliers being closed till January 15, 2020. We are still waiting confirmation if the TV wont give us a problem after being repaired twice. When you call the branch, employees will reply that they are not the ones that booked TV therefore should wait for the relevant person.
