I am not Happy at all

Qumbu "OK furniture" shop doesn't have a good customer service... As I am talking now I bought a TV three months back but even today I didn't receive that TV they keep telling me stories that doesn't concern me....telling me abt network problem the next thing is out of stock they make their problems mine cause I paid that TV when I need a refund they say I must wait for a customer to cum n buy for them to have cash so that they can do that refund...like really that's not my funeral to attend njena. ...am not happy at all
