how justice is not real in SA

I bought a fridge at ok furniture shop West street Durban. Its been with me for about 4years and already has been fixed four times. This time I went to them and asked for a new one as this one has proven faulty. The management there are useless a bunch of ****** people who look down on other races who attend matters of people their own race. I'm very disappointed at the shop as I trusted it enough to purchase goods from it but now all they can say is 'there is nothing we can do go away' while I'm even broke from buying take aways as the fridge is problematic, its just not fair. The warranty allows for me to get another one but just because they can, they refuse.
