Horrible shopping experience

Please do yourself a favour and don’t purchase stock online which are not available in your nearest store and opt to “collect it” when placing an order online, I ordered an item on the 14th of December 2023, it is the 15th of January 2024 and I have not received my item yet. Horrible online shopping experience!
