HORRIBLE SERVICE: OK FURNITURES ONLINE

I bought an item online from OK Furnitures on November 30. Mid-December and still I haven't received it. Calling them is useless as they are always "BUSY", always "experiencing high volume of calls" from morning until evening. They don't even attend to email queries.

Horrible from OK Furnitures. Even if item can be cheap, Never WILL I BUY FROM THEM AGAIN, NEVER.
