HORRIBLE SERVICE

this is my second review about this *********** compay which has not responded to my first review . I purchased a washing machine at OK Furniture jabulani mall on 2021/12/13 and the machine stopped working on January and when I go to the store instead of being give a new machine they say they will send defy techincians to come and fix even now. no one has came to fix , when i call they keep on saying they will send someone this is horrible losing such amount of money of a useless equipment which im not able to use. actually this people are *****s
