Horrible service at rainbow furniture

2020 March last year I took couches, tv and TV stand from OK furniture. I was paying my account on time so due to the pandemic I lost my job and stayed at home for almost a year not working. I never received any calls from them to find out why am I not paying until they came to my house saying they want to repossess my furniture. I recently got a job and I made a payment arrangement with them which I'm honoring every month. So I was instructed to pay my account at OK furniture in bara mall. So yesterday I went there to pay my account a lady from the store assisted and she said someone from rainbow furniture wants to speak to me on the phone. I answered and the lady ask when will I pay next month then I said I'll pay June on the 25th as per the arrangement. So she gave me an attitude saying I should pay 2000 more because my account is in areas and I'm blacklisted, then I said to her it's fine but for now the 400 I'm paying its the only amount I can afford as I'm still finding my feet. While I was trying to explain my financial situation to her, she hang up. After an hour I got a text from the guy who I was talking too via WhatsApp to make arrangements saying I must pay R2000 extra in June if not they will come and repossess my furniture.im really not happy with their services
