Horrible Service

I took a television set on credit at Ok furniture in Mqanduli last year 2020. The television set stopped working, I took it back to the store on 15/02/2021. I was told I should pay the account first, after paying I was then told to go back to the store I had opened the account in. I went there, I was told that I should open a new account, after a day I received an sms stating that I was declined, I then called the sales lady telling her I was not there to open an account, I was want my television set fixed, I was told that they are still waiting for head office. I have been paying the account all this time, I even called the regional manager and I was told I should pay for the current month, I asked why should I keep paying for something that is not in my possession, the regional manager told me I will not be assisted if I do not pay and dropped the phone on my ear. I have never experienced such appalling service in my life. I have not received any response/ communication from the store till this day.
