Horrible service

Worst service I’ve ever come acroos. Ao not only does OK blacklist me for an account that is settled, they overcharged me and only notified me of this when i called to clear my name. Next thing i had to drive around all Ok stores around pta and house and hey me to get my refund of 2000 but am told they all dont have cash and they cannot deposit or transfer? Can someone explaon how such nonsense is possible? All i want it my money back and my name to be removed off the ITC??
