Horrible, horrible service

My mother went and bought a kitchen stove OK Furniture store in Bizana, She had a own transport as she drives on of those ISUZU bakkies and parked just out side the store. A guy by the name Tabani Dlamini took the Stove to the car but dropped and left the stove next to the car for my Mother whose 61 years of age to get the stove on the bakkie by herself. what kind of Service is that? A police man who was parked next to her had to help her with the Stove. I would really like to know is the OK as the business going to do about this?
