Horrible Experience Ordering Online. Be careful!

Horrible experience with their online ordering system. I placed an order with OK Furniture on the 9th September 2024. I still had to follow-up to get a tracking number that was assigned to Aramax 23rd September . A week later, 30th September 2024, there is no update. Be careful buying from them. I am not even sure if I will be getting this order.
