Horrible Customer Service

I bought appliances from OK Furniture. From day 1, the tumbledryer has been giving issues. I logged a complaint and they sent a Defy technician to come and inspect the producy. The tecbnician said the motherboard is faulty and that they need to replace the device. No one came. Eventually I followed up again, relaunched the complaint and another technician was sent. He replaces the power button. The unit was then staying on the entire time and could not switch off. This lead to my pregnant wife to be electrically shocked. The unit then stopped working again altogether.

Its now more than a year later and I still cannot use the device. I now stopped paying the installments until I get a new unit or this one repaired. Now I am being threatened with legal action if I dont pay the account.

This is pathetic service and I will proceed with legal action because my wife was electricuted.
