Horrible Customer Service and Experience!!

We bought a fridge on account and fully paid it but still awaiting delivery.

Details:

Lay-By ***-032862-01 Order number: *** Product name: Defy 228lt Metallic Fridge SKU: 214242

According to the OK Furniture website, when you buy a fridge on "Lay By" they keep the item in store until such time that it is fully paid. Now that this item has been paid in full, we are given endless stories about how the stock is not available in store which is contradictory to what their Lay-By terms and conditions highlight.

OK Furniture is has the worst customer service experience and staff( because they are impatient, not helpful, and rude)

We would not advise anyone to buy appliances or even any other home furniture on Lay-By because they do not live up to their terms and conditions.

Completely dissatisfied and disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!
