HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I recently purchased an Edblo Imbali bed for R6200 from OK furniture store in Germiston and was not happy with it from day 1, returning it has been a nightmare as the staff there is very unhelpful, unfriendly and make rude remarks. The manager Zodwa is the worst. The bed is sinking and you can feel the springs when lying on it. This is the worst bed I have ever slept on. Should have kept my 16 year old bed. I have escalated the matter to their head office and waiting for response. Times are hard for everybody and then you get this pathetic service when we have spend our hard earned money like this.
