Horrible customer service

I am very disappointed in Ok Furniture Ok Furniturefor having people like @MatshidisoMokgosi supervisor and @Mohalikgasu sales consultant to assist clients, my TV broke and I reported it 3weeks before taking it in to the store Jabulani Mall and I was told it will take 21days for it to be fixed well 3weeks later no communication from OK Furniture but the TV has been fixed according to messages I've been getting and I went to collect my TV only thing i could get was a bunch of Sorries and a stinking attitude, with all the emails that have been sent out no one from OK Furniture actually taken time to check if the query has been resolved. DEAR FUTURE CLIENTS OF OK Furniture be warned because this store only treat you like King when you buying and once their goods give you issues you on your own
