Hisense TV complain

I bought a 75" Hisense TV and I got a very bad experience and now I'm being ignored when I Lodge a complaint... I really waisted my money this people don't care about customers. I have been supporting them for years and I bought a lot of furniture from them cash. I am so heartbroken at the treatment they are giving me after buying the. Tv. I advise people not to buy there at OK furniture store they don't care about customers but only the money.
