I have never received such a horrible customer experience in my life ????, I returned a TV set that I fully paid cash for it . It was still under warranty it just went off Ok Furnitures says it was stuck by lighting and I never had such in my house . The treatment township customers are given is horrific. Since February till today no communication from them . Jabulani Mall Ok Furnitures is just a nightmare even their head office did nothing to help me out.
