Hisense TV

I've never been so disappointed in my life.

12 June 2022 I bought a new Hisense TV cash at OK furniture Scottburgh. Owk I keep it in the box at home for 3 weeks since I was still waiting for the dstv to be installed in my house, when the dstv was installed I then plug the TV only to find out that the remote is not working on the TV. On 12 July 2022 I took the TV back to the store.

They also tried opening the TV using the remote but still it didn't work, when the use other Hisense remotes on my TV those remote works on my TV. I was then told to leave the TV in the store and the hisense technicians will come on 15 July 2022 to check the problem. On Friday 15 July 2022 I waited for the store to call me and update me but No one called me. I then decided to go to the store to find out the progress. Now thay are telling me that they are still waiting for the hisense technicians so in the mean time I have to wait they are not even sure when they'll come. The sales man suspect that problem is with the sensor of the TV so now if the Hisense technicians fix the sensor it will be like I'm buying a second hand TV now. I'm not even sure if I want that TV anymore cz it seems like it faulty.
