Good morning My name is Rebecca I bought a Defy 4plate compact at ok furniture store in ga-Rankuwa shopping centre the day Thursday 26/10/2023 the problem is that the salesperson we explained to her what stove we looking for but she gave us the wrong stove and said it’s the right one but it turns out that she was fooling us coz she wanted to make sales then as we were waiting for our electrician he was away for a month but as soon he got back he came n found that they sold us the wrong stove then we went back to the shop the salesperson denied the whole thing so we asked for the manager then she said she was going to talk to her boss but before the end of the business she will get back to us but she didn’t we waited for her from 05/12/23 till 11 & 12 then we took efforts to call again then she asked if the stove still in good condition n the packaging was still in order then we said yes Coz the stove is still in the packaging and she said she will send the driver to check it out even today we are still waiting so this is not fair at all imagine spending the festive with a stove we can’t even cook Coz the old one is broken so m pouring my out my heart asking hellopeter to help me out please 🙏
