Head office still waiting for call

I went to the Estcourt Branch on Friday afternoon to do an application for a fridge. The application was conditionally approved. I was told by my friendly consultant to wait for a call by head office to verify my details. Till today no call. I am pretty upset as I need the frige. My fridge is broken. Ok furniture head office really works slow.
