Great shopping experience - bad product

I want to give OK (House & Home?), a positive rating because of an online purchase of an HP 2710 printer that was easy amd relatively quickly delivered in-store. Also at the delivery store (Hazyview OK furnishers) the people assisted me with friendliness and helpfulness.

The only negative is that I cannot use the printer, which I specifically bought to urgently print som important documents.

I must mention - no fault of OK furnishers or their personal at all, as they could not have any idea what is going on in the box, the problem is with HP.

It seems the black ink cartridge supp**** with the printer in a sealed package is defective. It does not desperse ink at all. It seems to be dry, although the printer shows there is some ink in. A dud.

So it print only blank pages.
