Great After Sales Experience!

<p>I bought a double bunk from OK Furniture in Eldorado Park, unfortunately a month after I had purchased it the step ladder broke. I was thinking that it would be a hassle getting it fixed as it was a cash sale and I bought it from the floor...to my surprise there was a lady by the name of Margaret who assisted me and God was she excellent...it took time getting the matter sorted but I did not even feel it because of the great customer service and freequant feedback I received from Margaret. You really have a gem in this lady and I would really like to express my gratitude to her!!!!</p>
