Furniture Ok

I bought a tv at ok furniture November last year. They switch the tv on and it shows the blue colour then then switch it off, it never show any pics. Then we connected it january this year then we notice now this year that it got crack and small ink . Then we took it back to ok then they said they check then said they it will go to the repairs. We do the follow up then but they service was not good at all we are hurt because this tv cost us R16000.. Then the manager promise us a new tv from the suppliers. Then when we call again the manager say the tv is not going to be fix at all thats. So we Ok furnitures took our money just like that. And we need that money.
