****ed up service

I bought a bed on the 23rd November I was told it would be delivered by Saturday 01dec I followed up by going to the store in golden acre was assisted by Austin Collins who gave the assurance of the delivery on the 01 today I went into the store and was told "HOPEFULLY" they get beds on Thursday which would be the 06 Dec and "HOPEFULLY" they can deliver by Saturday 8 December that would be 15 days after paying cash and being guaranteed they have stock just so that the sale could be approved I personally feel as if I was ****med into making a cash purchase, and not to forget on Monday the 25November i went into store and asked if I can cancel the delivery and come fetch the bed myself I was told no we cant because the is back to the original price what bull**** is that it was and is still a very disgusting service
