****ed Up My Credit Profile

My Account was in arrears, in June 2017, OK furniture blacklisted me however when i look at the date i was black listed, 3 day after I got black listed i settled the account in full.

Its 5 months later and this is still showing on my credit profile, they send me a settle letter in September of which i requested them to submit it to the credit bureau so they can remove this default, its 5 months later and its still not done.

They received all their money now they cant remover my damn name......
