Fualty bed

Good day am Nyaniso I bought a bed last year at ok Furniture in king Williams town next to shoprite by black Friday within 2weeks the springs started to make noise,went to the shop I reported it took pics for them they said they will contact me when to collect still today I haven't received my bed pls help
