Frustration caused by poor custormer service at OK furniture Kuruman

I bought a microwave on 18/09/2017 in Kuruman Northern Cape.It is not working now and I sent it back to the shop on 05/06/2018.I am told it is suppose to go for repair as it was over 7 days in which they did not make me aware of when I bought the microwave. Three of the sales gathered around the table ALL of them trying to justify that it is impossible that I was not informed of the 7 days issue. They also mentioned that they can not loose their jobs for something that has already lost value and has scratches of which I don't know about. The ladies did not even bother to give me a chair to sit on. I waited for 20 minutes for the sales lady who went out to narrate my story. I also stood for another 20 minutes whilst they were trying to convince me they told me about the seven days repair. I am seriously disappointed frustrated as I have to eat cold meals as I knock off very late in the evening.
