Frustrated

At the Kriel Mpumalanga branch I brought a dishwasher that was a special order as they don’t sell it at that branch, just about 3 weeks later I decided to pop in today to follow up, only to find out my dishwasher is in a wear house in Durban KZN, so I asked could I get a voucher of the same value back as I brought it with my voucher I got from work, the store manager then got approval from her manager to take money from the store to go and buy me a checkers voucher, but I was told could I not just carry on being patient as the store had no money to go buy the voucher because it was a slow month!! My hands are tied now as I have phoned the head office complaint’s department with ‘we will get back to you’ but nothing. This is extremely frustrating. They should have told me from the start that it would be such a mission for them to get me a dishwasher. Should have just went to house and home store in Witbank Mpumalanga but thought I’d save myself a trip.
