Fridge that is not working properly

I bought a fridge in 2013 January from day one it never worked properly.<br> I reported the matter immediately but they kept coming to put gas on it and it kept giving me the same problem.<br> I kept going to them till the warranty lapsed and now I'm only left with the extended warranty.<br> I just want this people to come and fetch this fridge and fix it or replace it.<br> Please help.
