Fridge not working well with no assistance from OK

Good day ,

I have bought a Fridge at Thohoyandou OK Furniture on the 10 August 2019. Ever since I have been complaining and doing numerous follow-ups to the Shop as the door fridge is not closing . recently they come and try to fix the door and promised to order a new door fridge as that other was no longer in proper condition till to date they are gone ,I have contacts District manager Mr Molepo which on the start he acted a if he is willing to assist .However now when I call him he is no longer willing to answer or give proper feedback instead he transfer me to another personnel though he started with my claim when I escalate
