Fridge not working properly and no satisfying assistant from the store manager

Good Evening My girlfriend bought a fridge at Isipingo Ok Furniture in April 2019, two months later we realised that the light bulb inside the fridge wasn't working and in the beginning of October its started to produce a lot of ice which coursed the doors not to close due to the rubbers being worn out. We have asked Mr Renusha the store manager for a new fridge because the fridge is only seven months old and its have many problems. Mr Renusha refused our request saying that they will only fix the doors but what about the ice problem. We don't know what to do now.
