Fridge

I bought a fridge on 25/07/2025 worth R7000, fridge was delivered same day, I switched on the fridge after 3 hours. The next day i discovered that the fridge is not working. I called OK furniture they then advise me to switch it off and switch it on the next day still the fridge was not working. I could then but they told me that i should bring the fridge to them. we urged on the phone then they said they will collect it but they did not. This is affecting me financially because I have to buy meat that will last the whole month. I want my refund then I will buy a fridge somewhere else. OK contact number ***
