Fridge Exploded ZERO help from Zero Appliances

<p>We bought a gas fridge December 2015 from OK Furniture Gezina. On 25 September 2016 it exploded and our house almost burned down. We went to Ok Furniture to report the incident and was refered to the supplier - Zero Appliances. The fridge was collected and tested and we received a letter informing us that the warranty was voided because we extended the hose. According to law the gas bottle has to be outside the house. We were never informed that we are not allowed to extend te hose. We still don't have answers what caused the explosion. Our kids was very traumatized about the accident. This is a very DANGEROUS product. This could have been fatal. This is a ticking bom inside a other buyers home!</p>
