Fridge and microwave Ok furniture Meyerton

Worst customer service ever I bought a fridge and microwave on Black Friday the 30th of November 2019, l l paid cash and l told the sales lady in Meyerton , I told her that I want the fridge and microwave to be delivered in Pinetown KZN , I paid cash for the goods and I was promised to receive the good from Pinetown in a day or 2 , till today I have not received the goods they asked me to give them another branch where l can collect the good and I told them ok furniture in Durban and l have been told stories and l haven’t received the goods till today the 18th Dec 2019, they are refusing to send me what ever is available I’m frustrated it’s almost 20 days now
